Full Well Marriage Ministry Model
We launch the ministry in three months. We grow it over three years.
Strong marriage ministries, like redwoods, are built slowly; with deep roots, a strong trunk, and a canopy that lasts.
-

Roots: Year 1
deep roots create lasting strength
Foundation and Formation
Launch 1–2 marriage groups
Train group leaders
Establish culture of safety and trust
Create consistent rhythms for groups
Introduce marriage ministry to the congregation
Host 1–2 simple marriage gatherings
Growth in Year 1 is mostly unseen — but everything depends on it.
-

Trunk: Year 2
A strong trunk gives the ministry shape and stability.
Structure and Stability
Add groups as leaders naturally emerge
Strengthen leader development
Establish an annual rhythm for groups
Offer workshops or seasonal marriage events
Increase church-wide visibility
Continue leadership support and training
Growth becomes visible, but remains intentional and steady. -

Canopy: Year 3
A flourishing canopy provides shelter, care, and impact.
Flourishing & Expanded Reach
Launch the Marriage Mentor Program (Prepare/Enrich-based)
Host retreats or conferences
Develop leaders of leaders
Expand group offerings
Create a multi-layered system of care for marriages
Establish long-term sustainability
The canopy represents a mature ministry that blesses the entire church community.
