Our Story

Full Well Ministries began with a vision God planted long before it took shape.

In 2011, while reading the book of Job, I came across a verse that speaks of being restored to full well being. In that moment, I sensed God planting a seed—the name Full Well and the promise of healing and renewal.

A decade later, I purchased my childhood home. During a season of remodeling, I sensed God whisper, “This will be a house of healing.” At first, that felt personal—a place where God would bring restoration to my own family’s story. But over time, it became clear that His purpose was much larger.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I began hosting marriage intensives in that same space and witnessed God bring deep healing to couples. What began as personal restoration became a tangible expression of God’s heart to make things whole.

In 2025, my husband Casey and I established Full Well Ministries as a nonprofit—a way to extend that same spirit of renewal to pastors, ministry leaders, and followers of Christ in need of rest and restoration. Through peaceful retreats and intentional spaces, Full Well creates opportunities for those who pour out for others to be filled again.

What began as a story of loss has become a story of hope—a reminder that God truly restores His people to full well being.

As this calling has grown, so has the vision.

After years of developing and leading marriage ministry within the local church, it became clear that many churches share a deep desire to strengthen marriages but lack the structure, support, or resources to build something that lasts.

Full Well now extends this work by coming alongside churches to help build and sustain Christ-centered marriage ministries. The desire is not simply through events or short-term efforts, but by helping create lasting pathways—through groups, mentoring, leadership development, and ongoing support—that strengthen couples and become part of the life of the church.

At its core, Full Well is about restoration that multiplies—within individuals, within marriages, and within the Church.

Full Well is led by Jenni Allen, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for strengthening marriages and equipping the Church.

How We Serve

Full Well serves in two primary ways, both centered on strengthening marriages and supporting the church.

1. Partnering with Churches

We come alongside churches to help build and sustain marriage ministries that are both meaningful and manageable.

This may include helping churches:

  • establish a clear vision for marriage ministry

  • develop and support leaders

  • launch groups and mentoring

  • integrate retreats and events strategically

  • build a ministry that can grow and continue over time

This is not about adding another program.
It is about helping marriage ministry become part of the life and culture of the church.

2. Caring for Pastors and Leaders

We also create space for pastors and their spouses to step away from the demands of ministry and invest in their own marriage.

Through retreats, couples are invited to:

  • rest

  • reconnect

  • be poured into

Healthy leaders are essential to a healthy church, and caring for their marriages is a vital part of that.

Our Approach

Our work is grounded in both clinical insight and biblical truth.

We focus on helping couples:

  • understand their relational patterns

  • take personal responsibility

  • communicate with clarity and honesty

  • develop practical tools they can carry into everyday life

This same framework is used not only in working with couples, but also in equipping churches to lead others effectively.

Experience You Can Trust

Full Well is led by Jenni Allen, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has spent years working exclusively with couples.

In addition to her private practice, Jenni has built and led a thriving marriage ministry within the local church—developing groups, mentoring programs, retreats, and leadership teams. This experience shapes the heart and direction of Full Well’s work with churches.

Full Well is also supported by a team who share a deep commitment to strengthening marriages and serving the Church. The team brings a combination of clinical expertise, ministry experience, and practical leadership, allowing Full Well to support churches in a way that is both grounded and sustainable.

We are grateful for a team who brings both depth and care to this work.
