Our Story
Full Well Ministries began with a vision God planted long before it took shape. In 2011, while reading the book of Job, I came across a verse that speaks of being “restored to full well being.” In that moment, I sensed God planting a seed. The name Full Well and the promise of healing and renewal.
A decade later, I purchased my childhood home. During a season of remodeling, I heard God whisper, “This will be a house of healing.” At first, that felt personal- a place where God would bring restoration to my family’s story. But over time, it became clear that His purpose was much larger.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I began hosting marriage intensives and saw God bring deep healing to couples in that same setting. What began as personal restoration became a tangible expression of God’s heart to make things whole.
In 2025, my husband Casey and I felt led to establish Full Well Ministries as a nonprofit. A beautiful way to extend that same spirit of renewal to pastors, ministry leaders, and followers of Christ in need of rest and restoration. Through peaceful retreats and reflective spaces, Full Well creates opportunities for those who pour out for others to be filled again.
What began as story of loss has become a story of hope, a reminder that God truly restores His people to full well being. As this calling has grown, so has our desire to strengthen marriages and support the Church. After years of developing and leading marriage ministry in a local church, Full Well now extends that work by equipping churches with Christ-centered tools and training to build thriving marriage ministries of their own.
